As it appeared in the 2005 Fargo Film Festival program: "Every year athletes from all over the United States begin practicing for their basketball season. What is different about these athletes in the Wild Bunch is they all have developmental disabilities. This documentary follows the Wild Bunch basketball team during their regular season as they try to earn their way to the Special Olympics State Tournament. You will come to understand why participating in organized sports has changed the athlete's lives. Watch as they define what it means to be a champion."
