we decided to eliminate specific film festivals as a category tag simply because individual titles that have played in say, ten or more festivals would end up with cluttered and totally useless category listings at the bottom of their pages. this decision was made in keeping with wiki's suggested guidelines to keep categories as simplified as possible. i have been removing the specific film festival tags as i run across them. please don't add any more tags for the forx, and i will continue to eliminate the fargo and free range tags.

"mean" can be changed back to feature, although i removed the tag simply because it made no sense to me that it was awarded "best short" but was then listed as a feature.
