Troy Parkinson

Troy Parkinson (b. 1977) is a filmmaker and producer who worked at Video Arts Studios in Fargo until 2007. Parkinson has often been a co-chair of the Fargo Film Festival and attended Minnesota State University Moorhead and Trollwood Performing Arts School. He is married to Chanda Parkinson. In 2007, he and Chanda started their own company specializing in holistic moviemaking and spiritual mediumship.
