After parking only a few minutes to pay a parking ticket, a student (Lance Lindsay) finds a ticket officer (Brian Hartley) already writing out another ticket in Tickets.

Two college students get so fed up with receiving campus parking tickets that they plot revenge on the heartless ticket officer. However, things do not go quite as they expect.

Running time 16:13. This movie was created in partial fulfillment of course requirements for Intro to Film at the University of North Dakota in the Spring of 2003. Shooting locations included Wilkerson Hall, the Parking Office at the UND Memorial Student Union and the drive in front of the Chester Fritz Auditorium, among others.
