Hockey is synonymous with Canada, a fixture in every community. Yet few of Canada’s many talented Native players have made it to the NHL. They Call Me Chief is a fascinating, fast-paced journey down the hockey trail, from remote reserves to the NHL Hall of Fame. Through interviews and archival footage, writer/director Don Marks brings to life the story behind some of the great moments in hockey history.
