The producer had originally planned and started shooting a 35-page featurette. By final exam week he realized it could not be completed in time, and the result was this movie, which was written, photographed, and edited within a 24-hour period before it was due for showing in class. The Many Faces of Writer's Block was shot on mini DV and edited with Pinnacle software. It was created in partial fulfillment of requirements for the fall 2007 class in Creative Movie Production at the University of North Dakota.
