The Distortion of Reality tells the story of a young man who ventures out in the vastness of "Rahsheir" solving mysteries and riddles that will help him, and his group of companions find his girlfriend and mother, who were kidnapped.

The story is based upon a game in developement by Mike Rieger and two associates. The script is being written by Rob Ross, who also plans to shoot the movie.
It is the proposed first part of a trilogy whose other titles are: The Rahsheirian Countrymen, Heaven And Hell, and The Final Calamity.
