Plot Summary[]
Jimmy Rockwell interviews Dr. J.T. Swisher about his new invention, the M-Phone 76 which forces people who are not deaf to speak louder for those who can't hear. Afterwards, Jimmy and Swisher take the device for a test drive around Trollwood Park.
