The Stratford Apartments is a large brick complex near downtown Fargo. Over the years, numerous films by many moviemakers have been shot in and around the building (which includes sections called, in addition to the Stratford, the Blenheim and the Marlborough).

Several Fargo filmmakers have at one time or another lived at the Stratford, including Mike Scholtz, Adam Hagen, Robin Garland, Mike Kolloen, and Paul O'Connor.
