Robin Decaire (b. ?) is a moviemaker based near St. Paul, Minnesota and is one of the founders of the Free Range Film Festival. She has led the 48 Hour Film Project team Let's Hit .406 Productions in several Minneapolis 48 Hour Film Project competitions.
