A man who seals envelopes for a living is asked by a neighbor to look after a package. Driven to the brink of madness wondering as to the contents of the myterious box, the man struggles with the temptation to peek inside.

The interiors and exteriors of Johnny's apartment were shot at the actual basement apartment of Matt Dreiling. The scenes with Thad Holen were shot at the Stratford Apartments.
