John Gaspard

John Gaspard (b. ?) is a Minneapolis-based moviemaker. With fellow Minnesotan Dale Newton he made three critically-acclaimed independent features and wrote the book Digital Filmmaking 101: An Essential Guide to Producing Low-Budget Movies. He has directed, written, and/or produced four other features, and also wrote the books Fast Cheap and Under Control: Lessons Learned From the Greatest Low-Budget Movies of All Time as well as Fast, Cheap, & Written That Way: Top Screenwriters on Writing for Low-Budget Movies.
