Jeff Kinney

Jeff Kinney (b. ?) is an actor from Manvel, North Dakota. He is a trained archaeologist who consults on the impact of construction projects on historical sites, and is also heavily involved in technical theatre at the Fire Hall Theatre in Grand Forks. He is the father of Jared Kinney.
