The Forx Film Fest is a movie festival held annually in Grand Forks, North Dakota at the Empire Arts Center.

The festival began in 2002, founded by Christopher Jacobs and Mark Landa. It specializes in low-budget independent and student movies made in the upper Midwest, especially North Dakota and Minnesota and surrounding states. Festival screening dates are usually in November with submission deadline early to mid-October.
