Part of the revamped Testosterone Minute, changed temporarily here to the "Estrogen Moment," the Ex-Men sketch is a movie-trailer parody in which a team of crimefighters bands together following sex-reassignment surgeries.

The Ex-Men often face their nemesis Blushing Bride, who can marry and divorce people at will, even if they do not wish it done.

According to the narration, the Ex-Men "mete out sexually ambiguous justice with a velvety vengeance."
