Cedric Bumpy is the aloof CEO of a major beer bottling company, who claims personal responsibility for the discovery of famous cartoon voice actor Tammi Tipparino. He is the uncle of Baby Bumpy and the older brother of Michael Bumpy and Wallace Bumpy.
