Arthur was originally created by Tucker Lucas for his first entry into the 2004 2-Minute Movie Contest, The Sports Fan. The character has since made cameos in many local films.

A writer for the sports magazine In the Endzone, Arthur has to keep his own sordid sexual proclivities from his co-workers, out of fear of public ridicule.

While attending the North Dakota State School of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Sciences, Arthur was the captain of the Varsity Lead Pipe Free-for-All team, the Mincing Fancy Lads.
