Joseph Akol Makeer, a Lost Boy of Sudan who now lives in Fargo, North Dakota, introduces the viewer to his some of the cultural changes he has experienced while adjusting to life in the United States. He shops and cooks for his younger siblings, and prepares the dish ugali.
